
A sure necessity when baking my more advanced cakes and confections! My coconut fondant is completely moldable while being 100% natural, digestively balanced and healthy! The recipe is a trade secret, but you can order each color separately and store in the fridge up to 6 months!
Please note: because I only use all natural dyes, colors will be lighter than artificial ones. Just think of it as vintage!
How to use: let fondant sit at room temperature, once soft, choose a silicone or plastic mold to press the fondant into - or - sculpt fondant into desired shapes (if too soft, place in the fridge for 2 minutes at a time until desired stiffness is reached). Place into freezer for 20 min to set. Please note: if fondant becomes hot, it will lose shape. Keep in fridge or freezer prior to serving.
