Working with healthy ingredients is difficult, but now it doesn't have to be! I've been perfecting the art of healthy, gorgeous cakes for a decade now and I want to share it with my fellow dog-loving bakers.
This icing will help you ice cakes with ease, not crack as fast as your cream cheese (which isn't healthy) or just plain yogurt and PB and give you a versatile icing to create cookies, cupcakes and full sized cakes! My proprietary recipe will leave your creations flawless even when going: in and out of the freezer once (recommended to set the icing), and in and out of the fridge up to 3 times! Unheard of in the healthy dog baking world!
Just add nonfat plain yogurt to my mix, as directed and any all natural food coloring to get the perfect recipe for decorating cakes, cookies and barkuterie boards!
Mix with one 32oz container of nonfat Greek yogurt. Makes approximately 4 cups of icing.
Ingredients: coconut, beef.
Coloring Ingredients: beet root, blue spirulina, tumeric, kelp powder, beta carotene, vegetable juice
